The renovation of this 22-storey building is to capture the user’s desire for space, access to daylight, and epitome of luxury. The lobby welcomes people with a clean minimalistic elegance to juxtapose the dramatic exterior. The use of white marble throughout the lobby, extending to the second floor, enhances natural light, thus creating a tranquil atmosphere. Existing columns are clad in white marble with black outlines, harmonizing with the surroundings. Looking upward reveals a repetition of cubic structures and glass panels, adding visual rhythm, while membrane lights illuminate the escalator area, enhancing the ambiance with a soft, welcoming glow.
