Adapting a particular style from an Early Colonial American architecture, typically 2 or more stories high, and the roofs only moderate pitched, and shingled. What chiefly distinguishes this hotel from the surroundings is its decency. Having its materials dominantly are bricks with rich red colour, and dark shingled roof, as this style has always been popular in the Colonial period. This hotel is best identified by the orderly plan of its windows and doors. The window placement of the front façade is absolutely regular, as the windows march across the second storey with the same patterns of placements. Another eye-catching part is the arc dormer windows and an enclosed transparent veranda made out of steel and clear glass. These add some visual interest, but they also add a surprising touch.
