The concept of XXI Grand Kota Bintang originated from the idea of communal space, inspired by the habitat of clownfishes, particularly the shape of sea anemones. These anemones have a static form and movement, which is reflected in the design of the building's mass, also characterized by its stability. The facade of the building features metal roofing combined with LED lighting that surrounds its shape, creating an attractive visual effect. Throughout the entrance corridor, solid wood elements are introduced alongside LED lighting, providing an inviting and engaging atmosphere for visitors. The overall design creates a pleasant experience and reinforces the desired character of the communal space.
