Condotel Simatupang

We have completed a condotel project located in TB Simatupang, South Jakarta, Indonesia. This high-rise building has captivating mass; the desired design was cylindrical shape. This building and the alluring pattern on the steel façade that’s wrapping around it is have distinguishably stands out from other building adjacent. An architecturally pleasing to see as the building consists two concentric circles stacked upon on another, whereas every top floor is an open courtyard.
