A 3.300m2 one storey luxury house, nestled in the lushy greens of Sentul area, West Java. The local value is highlighted throughout the whole design especially the Limas roof. It allows a significant cross-ventilation through openings of the window. This Indigenous Limas inspired house meet the cultural aspects and environmental comfort in local settings, wrapped in a luxury approach in terms of materiality.
