The renovation of this 22-storey building to captures the user’s desire for space, access to daylight, and epitomise luxury. The lobby welcomes people with a clean minimalistic elegance to juxtapose the dramatic exterior. The abundance of white marble and natural stone which extends to the second floor allows more light to stream into the lobby and reflected to the wall, transforming the lobby to be a beacon of tranquillity. It can also be interpreted as a blank canvas to uplift the shops and cafes that reside on the first floor. The existing pilasters are concealed with white marble and black outlines to echo the surroundings.
